Our services are intended for a general audience; however, the primary user must be 18 years of age or older. Minors are permitted to use Castle only under the direct and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian. This is especially important when using Castle on a shared family Android TV.
3. Personal And Non-Commercial Use
Castle grants you a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal entertainment.
- You may not use the app for commercial public screenings.
- You are strictly prohibited from reselling access, modifying the APK, or attempting to reverse-engineer the software.
- Any attempt to "scrape" or "leech" content from the Castle index for use in other apps is a violation of these terms.
4. Device Requirements And PC Logic
Castle is optimized exclusively for the Android ecosystem.
- Mobile & TV: Supported on Android 5.0 and above, including Fire OS.
- PC Usage: Castle is not a native Windows or desktop application. Usage on non-mobile platforms strictly requires an Android Emulator (e.g., LDPlayer or BlueStacks).
- iOS Exclusion: We provide zero support for non-Android operating systems or alternative mobile hardware. Any version found on unauthorized mobile app stores is a fraudulent imitation.
5. User Responsibility And Safety
To ensure the safety of your device and data, you agree to the following:
- APK Security: Only download the Official Castle APK from our designated URL. Avoid third-party "mod" sites to prevent malware. Enabling "Unknown Sources" on your device is a user-end decision. You use this software at your own discretion and risk.

- Service Interruptions: Castle is not liable for buffering or link removals during high-traffic events like Live Cricket (IPL/World Cup). We do not control third-party server loads or ISP throttling. Users assume all risks regarding the stability of indexed third-party streams.
- Content Availability: Since we do not host content, we have no control over the removal of videos by the original third-party uploaders.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action or dispute arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of New Delhi or Mumbai.
